I though take it with licorice root powder.
Not tried tianeptine as I am scared of pharma bullshit.

What brand do you take? I've been taking organic India for like 3 years, I tried KSM-66 for a week and all it did was make me an angry asshole with no benefits whatsoever... as far as Tianeptine goes, it doesn't have any negative sexual effects so I'd say the only thing one would have to be careful with is to have self control. I never thought it would do what it has for me but I'm glad I found it!

KSM-66 made you into an angry asshole? That's odd.

yes, gave me a bad temper and made me real irritable. The two have pretty distinct differences in effects for me i found.

Maybe something to do with the standardization IDK. Ashwagandha doesn't get remarked for that much. But maybe there is some other component they add too much in. After all - its the ONLY one consistently rated a good nootropic!

Hi friends, just want to give an update on my situation. The past week I have been having some difficulty again with libido and erections. I think this started after I began to take the moclobemide inconsistently, either skipping days or only taking 150mg instead of 300. Maybe it was having a greater effect than I thought? Starting again 300mg/day consistently. Will report back at some point. Still taking Tianeptine daily and trying to cycle Ash now weekly.

I have nonetheless seen definite improvements in the past 4 weeks. Especially erection wise. Something was helping a lot.

I was just doing some googling and I think the 5-HTP may have raised my Prolactin levels... That would explain my watery clear semen and libido loss..

Check these studies out guys, let me know what you think!

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/m/pubmed/6985126/

"The treatment of 5-HTP induced a moderate increase in pituitary prolactin content in the stalk sectioned rats. "

https://academic.oup.com/jcem/article-a ... m=fulltext

"Oral administration of 5-hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP, 200 mg), a precursor of serotonin, significantly increased plasma human prolactin (hPr) levels in 18 of 21 normal subjects examined. Concomitant intravenous infusion of cyproheptadine (5 mg), a serotonin antagonist, significantly blunted the plasma hPr response to 5-HTP. These results suggest that the serotonergic mechanism is involved in the regulation of prolactin secretion in man.
