People that don't report back

Unread postby Luis Fernando Lopez » Sat May 19, 2018 8:51 am

Is this a common occurence on this forum, people try something it helps and don't report back. Maybe they didn't see the connection between whatever they were doing and improvement on PSSD symptoms, so many people often report improvement trying things but it doesn't stick. But I've seen two people say they have gotten improvments that don't feel like windows because they feel like their baseline has improved.

My guess is this falls into three categories:

1. People eventually give up trying to fight it and "accept" their situation.

2. A good percentage of users sign up in a panic after reading about PSSD and coming off SSRIs without giving enough time between the last dose. They then discover they went back to normal, thus never logging in again.

3. People are much better at forgetting than you can imagine. I can imagine that some that find improvements or recovery don't ever report back and quickly move on from this period.

I also got a good improvement in whole previous month.
The action which I done was
1 Horny goat weed
2 (Korean)genseng after pop out.
3 lie down at proper time in night
4 Chronic running
5 Ignoring of aggressive thaught.
6 diet - rice, wheat, yellow pulses and some veggies.
7 season - Summer
8 nearly 10 hours countineous sitting.
9 Taking meals at proper time.
10 No alcohol , nothing.
Or may be other invisible factor helped me for it

After that hameroid for 2 weeks, then headache and fatigue ruin my some recovery.Due to hamerroid I terminated running.

In the end, it doesn't really matter unless they actually come back. There is no way to know.

people also don't report improvements due to the hostility of narrow minded members of this forum. you can be banned if you tell you got improvements with liver flushes, like I did, and this "continue" is my second account, though I still get hostilized. so it's tiresome and unworthy reporting improvements here.

That might have once been the case, but is no longer. I have never banned anyone for reporting what helped them.

Can confirm as an admin that the only thing censored on this form is aggressive, suicidal, hostile commentary that discredits our legitimacy. If staring into the sun has helped you PSSD, by all means post about it. We need all the reports we can get.
