Cigarettes/alcohol/other drug use and PSSD

It just occured to me that substance use might have fucked up my brain and sexual functioning further. I've not noticed any changes, but they might have impeded recovery.

I don't know what to look for but I would appreciate it if someone with some knowledge could try and find out whether any of this might effect PSSD.

-Heavy smoking most of the time since my first SSRI including while on Risperidone, Risperidone + Sertraline, Risperidone + Vortioxetine
-Heavy daily alcohol use both on and off SSRIs
-Heavy cocaine use for a 2 month period while on Risperidone + Sertraline and Risperidone + Vortioxetine
-Light ketamine use while on Risperidone and Vortioxetine
-Moderate cannabis use without any concurrent medication
-Moderate benzodiazepine use while on Risperidone + Vortioxetine

And looking forward, would it make any difference to quit smoking cigarettes? I smoke enough at the moment that it probably always has an effect on bloodflow etc, but in the past I've smoked a lot less and it's not seemed to make any difference. I've quit for a month or so as well since PSSD and it made no noticeable difference. I'm more concerned with the effect of nicotine on the dopamine system which I don't understand. Should I abstain from drinking? Drink a lot? Drink a small amount?

Advice on any of this would be appreciated.

Even if you did have that contributed. You would have been safe and fully recovered from whatever common side stuff, if your doctor did not give you these hardcore fraudulent pharma poisons to take as 'medicine' every day.

Risperidone and Sertraline are messed up. They are all so messed up. I took a tiny puff on a spliff on risperidone was like going to la la chocolate and the factory land. I have never met a single person in the world that has never taken a puff of a weed stick. but I have met plenty of people that don't take risperidone or other mental health junk every day. the ones on mental health junk are messed up and don't come off their pharma poisons. they just descend into mental health.

You were 17. Maybe the heavy cocaine use would be harmful if you were in your 60's but you should be recovering from just 2 months of that at 17 years old. not that I've taken cocaine, I see loads of businessmen, all the city businessmen live off it more than actual food.

One thing is sure, 'SSRI's' and 'Anti-psychotics' do this.

Surprised to know about this cigarette and alcohol use. Couple of months ago, I searched for good drug rehab centers from internet and found best suboxone treatment Virginia beach center for my treatment. Got treatment in budget and happy with their services.
