I'm afraid of trying anything different...
I'm taking daily cialis.

since they are both PDE5 inhibitors, there is no reason to believe one will work better than another in PSSD (unless enlarged prostate plays a role.) While it is only a guess.. albeit a strong guess... it would be know difference between us than non PSSD users. It is a individual thing on which you respond better too.

I will admit that Viagra works on me about 85-90% of the time (it does fail once in awhile.) Id love to try Cialis since I suffer from a semi common side effect of Viagra... inability to ejaculate. Sadly, Cialis is not available here. What Im confused about is why. I know for a fact.. without a doubt... my ED is not blood flow issue. That leaves most likely psychological culprit as no libido and inability to get aroused. They both work on blood flow issues and do NOT effect libido (except for placebo effect.) I know this, so placebo effect would not apply to me. It makes no sense.

Something else Ive noticed is some energy drinks help slightly (much less effect than Viagra) on erections; this could be placebo though.

this is a VERY SIMPLIFIED vision towards PDE5 inhibitos. I'm not the only one to say tha Cialis is much better than Levitra for PSSD. Even their mechanism is different: Cialis has hormonal activity also, and that can give you libido (with Levitra I had numb non-sense erections). I just would like to know if Viagra can boost libido like Cialis for PSSD (some cases... if you are still full anhedonic, that won't help also), and maybe give a better erection due to its shor-lived action (and it's much cheaper also... Cialis is SO EXPENSIVE here)

but the way... if everngy drinks give you erection, that may be... TAURINE! there is a recent post on this here. (I don't believe it's caffeine, because I already drink plenty of coffee daily since I was a 4-year-old boy)

I am from a south Asian country so its hard us talk to girls and get laid as European countries. Actually i never slept with a women. I have no interest to go for a prostitute and find a girlfriend. But I got a girl through a marriage proposal and I told her my condition. She told that sex is one of her primary need and she was willing to test my condition without intercourse. But when I near her in the park bench, I dont get aroused and not having that fck her mentality I had prior to PSSD. I dont wanted to taste her lips atleat.
So if her primary need is intimacy so I decided I can't marry and live with her happily an entire lifetime. I have anxiety and it is in roof these days. So we decided to separate. Its sad butwhat to do

Ahhhh that makes sense. This is one of my favorite things about it and also a curse. I can last as long as I want the first time on Viagra, but the second time it could take me nearly an hour to cum.

I've stopped taking Viagra for now out of fear it's worsening my Tinnitus - a possibility that's not really grounded in fact but instead on conjecture online and my subjective/obsessive observations.

I really do miss it though...

@Ghost, do you still have PSSD? I am confused about your current condition.

yeah its a total curse for me. Ive always had extremely good sexual endurance. Last forever and good to go again within 15 minutes of "popping." Anything less than 45 mins of intercourse was foreplay to me. The reality of it though is now it doesn't really make a difference. Since I don't get any pleasure from a orgasm, sex is just for her. Inability to ejaculate doesn't change that.

All the guys thinking the ED portion of PSSD makes sex impossible needs to get over themselves. Getting your dick wet isn't the only way to please a woman. Even before PSSD I always had a rule that I didn't enter a woman unless she already had three orgasms (unless a quickie in a public place.) PSSD to doesn't make your tongue nor fingers go soft men. Use them for her pleasure. Yeah its not the same as having a orgasm but at least you can live vicariously thru hers. Its better than nothing and keeps you woman happy.

Yes, I said the same thing a few days ago. Many men lie to themselves about women and sex. Penetration is almost entirley for men's pleasure. If you want a woman to reach an orgasm you have to perform oral sex and do it right. Also, I don't know about you, but I enjoy eating p***y myself.

this is true for SOME people, not all of them.
I don't like relationships with exclusivity at all. even though, at first I was dating casually explaining my condition. there could be penetration or not (it would be a surprise! hehe) but we would have preliminaries (I know how to apply tantric massage also). to my surprise, many people didn't complain and even enjoy it a lot!

but then I started being able to penetrate, and I wouldn't want to be only in preliminaries.
in this meanwhile, I also met girls that don't like oral sex, and enjoy having as little preliminarie as possible. many of them like to be dominated, and this is how I have most pleasure penetrating.

in fact, people are much more flexible at having differente sexual experiences than we think it's possible. try dating! it was REALLY a big surprise to me being able to give pleasure even in my bad condition. it's true that I prefer penetration and a more aggressive performance in bed, but there are lots of people that won't complain about your PSSD at all!
