I got a tens machine

After reading about electrostimulation, a couple of weeks ago I got a cheap tens machine from Amazon. Electrostimulation can produce elections in people with neurogenic ED but I don't know whether it can reduce ED at all times. The technique is called Percutaneous electrostimulation of the perineum (PESP), you can find articles about it by googling that. If PSSD is caused by spinal cord or genital area damage perhaps this could help. What are your thoughts?

I think no, it doesn't help. I can say with high security that libido and anhedonia are brain matters. Spine chord damage could explain a ED with normal sex drive. I don' t think PSSD is a primary spinal chord lesion

I dont think there's any localized or spinal damage in PSSD. There's many things that facilitate erection besides libido. I'm with Corragio that this is more than likely with the brain

I don't have an education in this stuff but logically, I have to agree with the above two posters. Interesting idea though.
