We need to do something

Hi, I am a member of this forum for over the last 5 months. The only thing that I saw we are doing is to experiment on ourselves like lab rats. But I think we need to do something more important than this. I think we need to raise awareness so if the world understands what PSSD is, our doctors won't tell us that this is the first time they have heard of PSSD. To do so, I have done a lot. I visited too many doctors and showed them the article of PSSD on RxISK. But this is not enough. I urge you guys to create a Wikipedia page about PSSD in your languages especially in English. I wanted to do that but it is too complicated for me. Or if you can, find out if we can sue the drug companies. It can highly raise awareness about PSSD in the world. Making videos about PSSD on YouTube just like what Daryl is doing. I doubt if we ourselves can find a cure for this. We need professional help. Donate to RxISK. Their prize might help finding a cure. Fill a report about your PSSD and submit it to RxISK. Do whatever you can to raise awareness. I am sure if researchers finds out what PSSD is, they will conduct a research about this and find a cure in less than a year. I am sure a cure for PSSD should not be complicated. We just need to get help from professionals. We probably won't find a 100% cure for this with current drugs. A drug should be made to target PSSD. We are all tired of this shit. Some of us are suicidal over this. Some people committed suicide. We need to end this. And in my opinion, the most important thing we can do is to raise awareness instead of trying different drugs and damage our bodies more.

I agree a 100 percent.

I personally sent at least 80 emails to different, doctors and researchers, involved with side effects of SSRIs.

I got some answers which included tips etc. and I was able to abtain an appointment with a researcher from the Vienna University who knows about epignetic changes etc. which I visit again on 8th of November.

I urge everyone to do the same, look up some articles about side effects from SSRI's in your language, look up the email adresses of the doctors that wrote that articles and write your story to them. Attach the studies that prove the existence of PSSD from ghosts site:

https://pssdlab.wordpress.com/why-pssd-exists/

Second, please do the donation to Dr. Healy who wants to find a cure for PSSD and PFS.
the link is :

https://rxisk.org/launching-the-rxisk-prize/

do the donation and write an email that you suffer from PSSD and the money is for this condition.
If you can't afford 200 Dollars/Euro at once than simply spend less and spend the rest the next month or the month after next month. But please spend money.

Third, if you can come to germany, please participate in our PSSD study in Ulm.
Everything is explained here:

It's very important to constantly do something and to not become lazy.

Very good idea about the visit to professor involved in epigenetic modification. Ask him if he could help us in any way, if he has any tips or drug, if he can do a study even if like a questionnaire in order to delineate symptoms of pssd and share these info with physician.

I wrote another blog post today on minds.com (a less censored social network) called: Antidepressants save millions of lives... Really, who told you that? https://www.minds.com/blog/view/771012332322037760

Its not as overt as some of my other PSSD posts so more safe share friendly if anyone wants to go ahead and share.

If anybody wants an hidden identity email interview let me know.

I completely agree with this. I think that normally we should feel a lot of rage and should be very angry about what happened to us. Despite of this, we are very passive and don't do anything to change this bad situation. I know that this is also a symptom (unmotivation) and we have lost faith because noone believes us, but I think we should be much more active to solve this problem.

I thik using social networks to prevernt people from consulting to psychiatrists is more useful than pressure on psychiatrists to help us. If people know about PSSD and see http://www.cchr.org , people never consult to these doctors! Then the most important subjects would be PSSD!
http://www.facebook.com, http://www.twitter.com, http://www.Linkedin.com and .... I think http://www.Linkedin.com is the best site to introduce these two important: 1-PSSD , 2- http://www.cchr.org
Then I beleive nobody would never consult to psychiatrists and psychiatric drug companies would solve this issue.

Actually pdocs pay attention to this ... and suggest to patients to do not ever read anything on the internet about their drugs
