Exercise caution

Typing on my phone, so please bear with me. This should be common knowledge, yet I wish to remind those with libido spikes not to overindulge in masturbation.

Yesterday I was compelled to make use of the rigidity and temporary fullness I'd experienced recently. I knew it was a bad idea yet I pushed myself way too far. In a matter of hours I went from 75 percent to nearly nothing. I'd read Jones' post on how he crashed days before any of this and had it in my mind but I thought it wouldn't happen to me.

TLDR: do not try and replicate the activity your previous appetite afforded you, even if you feel inflamed with passion.

Yes, very true. If I masturbate 3 times a day, my system just crash. I think is optimally once a day. Also, if you masturbate rarely, it can be devasted to your libido because in my experience you feel nothin, zero arousal and desires, sexual thoughts and lust for woman. especially lust
