Antidepressant for mood without make PSSD worse?

Hello folks,

as you all know, our situation is extremely stressful and depressing.
I think the mental status is also important for the healing.
So I would like to give an antidepressant another chance to do it without making PSSD worse.
I tried the following after PSSD begin:

St. John's wort: made me very relaxed and brightened my mood a little and gave me some windows, but numbness got worse so I broke off.
When resumed a few months later, the relaxing and mood-enhancing effect remained off.

Moclobemide: Definitely gave me more energy and felt very clean, sometimes it made me worse or times better with respect to Anhedonia (I think depending on whether serotonin or dopamine predominates?)
Also better excitement with it, but no inprovement in libido.
Gave me a lot of dizziness in conjunction with alcohol, so I quit because I want to drinking alcohol sometimes.

Buprobion: Only one pill (150 mg retarted version) gave me terrible derealization and anhedonia over two weeks, so I see no reason to try it again.

I'm still feeling bad. I do not know what else to do, I'm running out of options.
I thought of lithium. Some say it saved their lives after everything else failed. What do you think?

greeting

Its really to soon for any conclusions there, as that already mentioned in the topic. Yes it sounds positive but it is a pfs guy that feels better while on it. It not a cure, yet.
So advising others to simply take it is really poor judgement.

You can try it yourself, as a trial, sure. And of course i hope it works out.

Just dont push it on others after reading wikipedia and not having any medical background.
I have an MSc in psychology and i dont pretend to know all the details, i know i dont.

You are clearly mixing things.
This is a place to discuss things to try, yes. I only have a problem when you advise others to try things you havent tried yourself, dont really understand the details of the drug, and clearly know that it is being tried by one guy for only 10 days now and it is too soon for any conclusions. They already said on the specific forum to stop drawing early conclusions, so you do it here instead.

Stop being a loose cannon and suggest semi-random stuff to others, especially when you cannot oversee the impact.
At least SJW and prami had success with others already and yes, everything comes with a risk. SJW didnt make "half of the guys worse" and tinnitus isnt a common long-lasting side-effect of prami.
There are however enough arguments to be very conservative with anti-cancer medication without doing enough research. At least with Nasibi i have a feeling he did his homework.

No, and goodluck.

I hate policing, but i do see a need to warn others from trying dangerous stuff without any credible backup.

I cant fully relate as moclobemide or sjw never made me worse.
What exactly are you trying to achieve? Reduce depression, anxiety? Personally i think our situation sucks but i rarely feel stress anymore so i dont need anything that pushes emotions back even more

Please stop using my thread for discussions for which it was not created.
But somehow you seem to ignore me in this forum anyway, no idea what I should have done wrong.

However, I think it's good that Zadig wants to experiment with heavy drugs, but I also have the impression that he wants to send others as guinea pigs, because he himself is too cowardly.
I also find his threat not good and silly, that he will not report any more on success. We all have to work together and the people to be healed and then not report any more are the biggest assholes, just like the pharma mananger and psychiatrists who know from PSSD but continue to sell their drugs to the people.
