I hope im the first one, who done a poll like this, haven´t found one.
If not, then i´m sorry and you can delete this.

For me it´s only the sexual side effects I think. I´m depressed for sure, but i think i´m not anhedonic (only in a sexual way).

-Excessive sleepiness
-Cognitive impairment (Very, very much)
-İmpairment on visuoperception (I can barely see what I’m looking. I stopped to read some forums as I can’t read any text)
-İmpairment on fine motor skills. (I was able to type 10 finger before. Now I’m can barely type one word.)
- All of the issues of estrogen doninance (joint pain, muscle weakness, body shape chances, fat on belly, low libido, men boobs?!)
- Inability to taste
- Random tremor
- Gut problems.
- Additionaly to these bad side effects, my excessive anxiety completely gone.

Either I have something more fricked up, or this pssd have very, very wide range of types.

I think you can't have anhedonia without sexual side effects, if you have anhedonia you will have issue with emotions and it's tied up with your sexual life.

Seems legit, I'm just wondering why some aren't anhedonic, like me and some are.

I'm very sorry for that but based on your comments, I see that you are a fighter. You can stand that. Sooner or later you/we get your/our cure.

Not true. I got anhedonia from an SSRI without the sexual side effects.

The problem with this condition is, due to the lack of research and understanding, everyone assumes people experience things the same way they do.

I am even guilty of this myself.

The symtomalogy for us is definitely heterogenous. I for example, don't have any erectile dysfunction issues (unlike many other members on the forum) but have pretty severe desire and orgasm issues.

I would like to see a poll maybe comparing the different sexual symptoms (ED, low libido, numbness, orgasmic dysfunction), though I'm not sure how to make it. There's so many variations/combinations of symptoms.

logicalscout- I have the same symtomalogy as you it seems. My biggest, most persistent issue is orgasmic dysfunction. I also have generally low desire. I have no ED problems, and I used to have pretty bad numbness but it’s mostly gone away surprisingly. I guess I would take this over having ED because it’s at least ‘functional’ and allows you to have sex, but man is it frustrating to have a defective orgasm.

Yes, I completely understand the situation you're in. Something I experience a lot is having an erection but feeling nothing from it, also the orgasm feeling barely good. It is as if the pleasure centre's of my brain have been numbed but all the machinery works.
