Anyone else notice that if you don't get enough sleep, things worsen? My best windows have been when getting 8+ hours of sleep, and my worst are the days that I'm running on like 5 hours, which can happen sometimes because I do deal with insomnia. Just wondering if anyone else notices this connection or has any idea what causes it.
Same here. I'm completely debilitated when I don't get at least 10 hours of sleep. Sleep is critical along with diet and exercise in the recovery process. Chronic sleep deprivation gradually desensitizes the 5ht1a receptor because lack of sleep significantly increases 5ht levels.
I thought most people in here thought that sleep deprivation helped. I have never noticed a difference one way or the other anyway.
