Hey guys,

I'm just curious what your opinion on this matter is. So my sleep ever since I have been off the drug which has been many years has been quite terrible. I have been focusing on making that as good as I can. For many years I can barely remember dreaming at all. Just the chronic sleep deprivation and anxiety.

So the past couple weeks I have been making some progress in the sleep department. It may not be the longest sleep or the best quality, but I realize I am dreaming pretty consistently which means the glorious REM sleep.

Now the interesting thing that happen this past night is that I had a dream where I almost had a wet dream and woke up with an insane erection. I was so horny in the dream and it almost felt real.

Could anyone speculate on what this could mean?

Thanks

Not sure, but Depression and anxiety can alter REM sleep patterns. Glad you are dreaming again though. Indicates more REM.

It means your body is healing. Obviously, im sure it's hard to believe, since it's been years. I started having dreams again about a month ago and I noticed improvements also.

Before my mind would go and go and go like a wheel spinning.off a car with no control, I have given up the mental struggle and my sleep has improved alot. I usually fall asleep around 1 and wake up at 930. The first five months I never had the urge to sleep, I wouldnt dream .

It's good to hear your seeing improvements !
