Hi all-
This thread is to chronicle my juice feast (nothing but fresh fruit and vegetable juice) for 2 weeks. I wanted to do 30 days and I may still depending on how I feel.
I don't expect this to cure me, but I am hoping for some shift in equilibrium where I will hopefully be more sensitive to treatment afterwards. Oh and losing a little extra weight won't hurt either lol.

Good luck Juvo. Happy to see that you are attempting the cdnuts protocol. I noticed today that a member on the SolvePFS forum is currently doing a juice feast. He is reporting great results.

Hi Juvo. How is fasting going? I am reading about intermitent fasting and its healing power. Many people report decrase of libido during fasting, how about you?
