I red a message of a sufferer who had good remission of symptoms (improving in erectyle dysfunction, sexual pleasure and emotional blunting) from pramipexole 1 mg/day but he discontinued this trial because insomnia and because he developed obsessive compulsive behaviour. He was taking a low dosage because 1 mg/day is the starting dose for parkinson.

I think the problem is that we're all looking for an instant overnight cure. In reality it may be weeks, months or even the rest of our lives on a med to be fully recovered.
