AR shift

Unread postby PsychoGenesis » Sun Sep 29, 2019 7:46 am

hi

i have PSSD and im thinking about trying nandrolone/finasteride combo

logic being that nandrolone has the inverse relationship to it's 5ar metabolite regarding androgenic activity, comparing to testosterone
so if the androgen silencing theory holds, a sudden shift in the opposite direction should do something

what got me inspired at first

i should add that i have acquired IBS/CFS after an accutane run while off my hormone replacement therapy, but not on hormones before, this leads me to believe that they have a protective effect against these things

thank you Meso.

im out of options at this point, tried many things im scared of finasteride but wondering if it's even possible to get worse...

Following this. I am interested. Think this may have potential, but as you say, is risky.

I have bit of a hard time following you. So you are taking Nandrolone already, for 4 weeks now, and your body is filled with DHN, effectively lowering activity at your androgen receptors. And now you plan to add finasteride, to stop the 5-alpha reduction of nandrolone, so you will get a suddenly increased activity at androgen receptors?

What do you think you will get out of this? You think nandrolone will upregulate AR? Or DHN?

no, i dropped nandrolone 4 weeks ago

nandrolone finasteride start together and go 4 weeks
this is enough time to upregulate 5ar and downregulate AR(nandrolone is at least 150% + androgenic than test in it's non reduced form)
by then I'll take fina out, there will be a rebound in 5ar activity, pushing DHN(weak ass androgen) to high levels shifting the A/E ratio very strongly all while the AR is downregulated

theoretically something should happen

the dose I'm planning is 500-600mg nandrolone 1mg finasteride

im feeling like shit so tomorrow I'll get some blood work and start the process

if somehow i get worse I'll get this pound of dxm and anesthesize myself till a cure is found

Brave. Theory is interesting. Keep us updated! Good luck!
Fluoxetine Jan. '16 - Aug. 16'.
Low libido, weak erections, lack of morning wood.

What has helped, if only temporarily: Inositol, choline, NAC/Histidine, MSM, Moclobemide, SJW, L-Arginine, Prazosin, Sildenafil, Naltrexone and boron

Bro. Don't just jump into this. I think 1mg is WAY too much. Please watch this thread on Propecia and ask here for advice how to do it. Really, ask, you are taking a risk so make it as small as possible. Good luck. https://forum.propeciahelp.com/t/though ... rome/38477

How long have you taken Isotretinoin for? Do you have post-Isotretinoin syndrome? Have you taken SSRIs before as well?
