Hello everyone. Like other forum users, I also do not feel the effect of alcohol. Lately I tried coffee and I noticed that it no longer trembles. But I noticed that Cialis works. When I use it I also have improvements on libido and mood. It's strange, because most people with PSSD do not benefit from it.

Cialis is long-acting, the sustained cGMP levels should restore Cognitive Function & Memory, if affected.

It makes sense, since it inhibits PDE-5 everywhere, there is PDE-5 in the Brain...just lesser than PDE4 and PDE8.

25mg generic worked well with my ex. Do you think people who respond well to this have more of a psychological issue?

I can get physically stimulated and when I used it in the anticipation of sex, I got rock hard and it stayed so hard it hurt (in a good way) and can feel sensitivity. My problem is visual stimulation is non existent

Yes they work, but I notice that sometimes they don't work well. I HAVE DISCOVERED HOW TO FIX THAT. I go to the gym sauna! and suddenly my Levitra works better again

PDE5i Diminished Efficacy & How to Restore PDE5: Opinions & Suggestions

Unread postby IHateProzac » Wed Feb 13, 2019 5:24 am

One of the major problems for me has been the diminished efficacy of PDE5i since I came off SSRI (Prozac). Over the years I have regained minor improvement but it requires manual stimulation, the erection would go away quickly, and the penis still largely remained soft. However, recently I have moved to England & for some reasons, few improvements I had on PDE5i seem to be taking nosedive. I have read that substances like Berberine & Pregnenolone can help restore the PDE5i efficacy. Any suggestions & opinions would be welcome. To say I am back in "desperation box" would be an understatement.
