I've taken cialis before, only 5mg iirc. It helped me get a bit harder with physical stimulation, but I still could not get hard from anything psychological

I've taken 10MG Cialis daily for 2 months. Doesn't help with spontaneous erections or libido (that feeling where you're clawing at the walls for want of sexual activity).

It did help with prolonging erections and there was a definite psychological reassurance that came with that. I never got to test it out by having sex.

I stopped because it was insanely expensive to take 10MG every day.

Dude, firstly, and I think you know this already, you really shouldn't be regularly taking stims due to your previous mental health history. Stims in particular can really mess up dopamine and serotonin levels in the brain. You're going to wind up back on anti-depressants if you're not careful

I too had lasting libido problems during and after using anti-depressants. I actually started this thread on the subject early last year, so you might wanna have a read of that.

Unfortunately my opinion probably isn't going to sit well with you But here it is. It just takes TIME. I tried a lot of different supplements and even prescription meds to try and get my libido back after stopping SSRIs, but nothing worked. I just had to ride it out and wait patiently. Slowly but surely my libido returned, and now it's stronger than ever

My libido and emotions came back. i would say i'm back 97%. took about 14 months to recover after taking risperidone for 3 weeks daily pills 2-3mg with at least one long acting injection :).

could be linked to supplementing with niacin. i would try niacin even if your levels are "healthy." check your blood for vitamins and minerals and see what you need to supplement with. eat FOOD.

someone I wrote to on SA. Not sure if they want me to publish their alias so Im going to keep it without the name
Me:

Hey
Wanted to ask you how your PSSD is, now ? Are you still dealing with it ?

Hello,

No that is all cleared up! It's interesting timing, as I was thinking about that recently for the first time in a while. It was really alarming--for a while there I wondered, at the age of 49, if it was just age...as in, hmm, maybe things just stop when you get "really old" like that.... I think it was mostly gone about six months after stopping the drugs, certainly within a year. How about you? I hope you find success with it. From things I've read it can take a while, so hang in there if it's slow.

Best wishes,
