Nitric Oxide signaling issues and PSSD

Unread postby drew » Thu Apr 12, 2018 6:15 pm

The more I'm studying the more it seems the the real problem is Nitric Oxide signaling. I've been doing my recovery method and its slowly working. After the trial run it really seems that my Nitric Oxide signaling of the brain seems to have issues all thanks to Zoloft.. I don't think Viagra or other similar drugs will help but may only help intermittently. Any one have any ideas?

Did you experience any memory problems alongside the sexual dysfuntion. I ask this because my memory is poor right now and add that with the emotional blunting and you get the same results of of someone who was treated with Electroconvulsive therapy. Also this study gives me hope that Nitric Oxide can help with memory.

I think my nitric oxide may be low as well. Not only do I have problems with erectile strength, but also the veins in my arms are much less prominent than they used to be before SSRIs, despite being just as muscular, if not more. My feet are also permanently FREEZING, like this internal cold.

Try Ashwagandha root, It increases NO production. I know this from personal experience because when I take Ashwagandha root regularly, my muscles get SUPER pumped after lifting weights. Like rock hard. Makes me feel like I took steroids or something.

"We found that WS (1-256 microg/ml) produced a significant and concentration-dependent increase in NO production"

My protocol was to take fish oil and let the glymphatic system work to get this Zoloft junk out of my system with 8 hours of sleep and an hour of exercise. After taking Zoloft it seems to have messed with my nitirc oxide signaling. This video shows a brief overview. https://youtu.be/tfDt8q5AC6k With that said I wonder if Citrulline will help. I guess its time to eat a lot of watermelons and drink a lot of watermelon juice during workouts and while at work. I wonder if that will ever help the nitirc oxide signaling problem. Its worth a try.

I've heart ashwagandha enhances 5ht1a signaling, and could potentially worsen PSSD. I've read a couple anecdotal reports on sexual dysfunction stemming from ash use as well. The stuff is marvelous for anxiety though. Be careful.

Viagra inhibits an enzyme the breaks down of cGMP only in penis tissue

This is what i'm trying:

(1) Topical progesterone – 60 mg a day;

(2) Pregnenolone (progesterone’s precursor) – 100 mg capsules every other day;

(3) DHEA – 25 mg pill once a week,

(4) D-Aspartic acid – between 1,500 and 2,000 mg per day (usually comes in a capsule of 500mg or 750 mg).

(5) 5,000 UI vitD3 a day

Someone else try with me ;)

. In the pfs community progesterone is used, but as a cycle. What is your thoughts and plan behind it?
