Does anyone have anything to say about this study?

So, it's maybe one of the cliche studies so far posted in this forum, I don't know. But I think it's an interesting one.

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2891004/

Estradiol-induced desensitization of 5-HT1A receptor signaling in the paraventricular nucleus of the hypothalamus is independent of estrogen receptor-beta

The main reason of this study is unrelated to the pssd. But it says that high Estradiol causes the 5ht1a receptors to be desensitized. In the special area.

That long named region is contains some of the neuroendocrine neurons(?). ACTH, CRH, Oxytocin. They are all seemed to be lower when receptors are desensitized, If I understand correctly.
Also I learned from a guy that estradiol causes more serotonin secretion. So the result is much more serotonin but low receptor activity. Maybe...

Zero stress
Zero anxiety
Cortisol on the minimum value.
Estradiol is at near the top value
Mild hypertension (5ht1a)

I had always wondered the reason why receptors don't bounce back to their normal state after antidepressants. I'm still wondering tbh.
