I want to build muscles easily, but I'm afraid of trying it and get the numbness again. I'm getting better since december, but easily I can take "normal stuffs" that let me anesthesized (like chamomile, green tea, garlic...).
So I'd like to know in advance if it helps PSSD or make it worse, because it's really boring feeling numbness again and wait some days to get back to "normal" previous state...
