I'm more interested in Metanx than I am for Deplin right now, since it's methylfolate and B12 (methylcobalamin)

It would indeed be better (in fact, recommended from what I know) to take something with L-Methylfolate+methylcobalamin+P5P. Mentanx has all three. But given its dosage I would take it after consulting a doctor. My vitamin D3 levels are back to normal. Homocysteine has dropped from previous level but still remains high. This could mean that my homocysteinemia is not connected with previous low levels of Vitamin D3. I have started Jarrow's B-Right supplement. My previous experiment with similar B-Complex was not so good. Let's see how this product performs.

So, my second ongoing experiment with L-Methylfolate (Jarrow's B-Complex) seem to be yielding same disappointing results as previous one (NOW Coenzyme B-Complex). Both seem to nose dive the baseline improvements. They also seem to reduce the PDE5i's effects significantly for me. I have noticed similar issues with regular Folic Acid as well. Wonder what is going on? Since I have high homocysteine I do require Folic Acid/Methylfolate. May I should consider chemical supplements over natural ones.

Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.
