Brilliant. I'm excited by the momentum that we are building!!!

I'm continuing to work with the PFS-ers.

This sounds like an excellent initiative, Ghost!

I planned to have a 23andme test done before I heard about your sequencing project, as I have an interest in genealogy. Unfortunately funds are limited right now... but I'd be happy to send you my data once I have it (I only wish I had it now :?).

Please keep up the good work my friend!

Best,
NS

Hello i'm new from the Forum (and this is my really fisrt time i use one). Excuse my English but i'm from Italy. I emailed Prof. Melcangi explainin' him about Ghost's initiative about genetic sequencing (23 and me). He told me that data's have obviously to be published on scientific reviews. Also there is a Psychiatrist from Florence University (Prof. Cosci) that is trying to run up a study on PSSD, there is a questionnarie to be filled (first part od the study, done myself), here is the link "https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdVBEJovYl7g0P2DBXiO_SAOw3qL3T-eDKYGlA9ycPF9t3BwA/viewform". Afterwards if you woud like there will be a second part with a skype interview (optional), but i don't know if it is only for Italy (don't think so). Let's help her.

PSSD after antipsychotics - PAPSD
Sulpiride (caused PAPSD), olanzapin, aripiprazol
Genital anesthesia (improved to 60%), zero libido (improved by 1%), zero arousal, little volume of semen, bad erection, relative good orgasm - about 50%
Insomnia :-(

Here is the mail of Prof.Fiammetta Cosci: fiammetta.cosci@unifi.it
and this is the mail of Prof.Roberto Melcangi: roberto.melcangi@unimi.it

why don't you write them explainin' your case and see if you can fit into their studies, they are very kind and friendly people, i am sure they will include you if they can :D

At that time I also wrote to her and she did not get too many questionnaires. it is sad everyone cries around here but it does not try if professionals want to do a study about our problem

Ok, who needs genomes in countries that can't get shipped to? I am going to work on a way to do this.

Who is willing to receive the tests in a country where they ship and then send them to a person in another country? I will pay for all shipping if needed.

I am learning German and have been active in their whatsapp group. This may be a good country to ship kits to because it's in europe and closer to the nations that we can't access normally.

Tomorrow I am chatting with the PFS genome group and we are setting up the servers we are using to run the tests. These are exciting times in the PSSD world.

Can I join this project if my sexual (and others) dysfunctions are after antipsychotics ? I took SSRIs too, but they didnt give me PSSD.

You are more than welcome to submit your genome, but I probably can't use it in PSSD analysis because it's not from an SSRI.
