What do you think about Vortioxetine? I have Vortioxetine and Paroxetine. I'd like try very low dosage of one of them to try demetylate me. I have also cyproheptadine.

Vortioxetine is very good both for anxiety and cognition. That said, I reacted badly to it but every one has a different chemistry so your mileage may vary. Worth a shot, since you can't get a racetam.

How about cholinergic supplements? are those legal in your country?

I have only choline bi-tartarate. There's another think better?
Paroxetine from 11-2012 to 08-2018 never had sexual disfunction.
Added 5-htp for help with Paroxetine withdrawal, then I got severe PSSD, with altered hormones levels and CFS.
Symptoms worsened with time.

Try Vortioxetine first, and if you still notice cognitive issues, you can add CDP-Choline.

I had 5-htp PSSD about a year ago (August 6th 2019), I had several ED, PE, exercise intolerance, CFS, weakness, prostatitis symptoms. Despite all these symptoms, my skin and hair was normal, I still had sebum production and my hair grew normal. For about two months now, I'm starting to have problems with beard growth, body hair (very slow and very thin growth), hair loss problems, dry hair problems (they are frizzy, worn out and break immediately), problems with the production of sebum on the skin (I can stay even two days without washing my face, and it always remains dry, whereas before it was oily) and problems with dry eyes (the eyes burn and do not lubricate). Moreover, the problems of the urinary tract are worsened in a stratospheric way. I have to urinate every half hour, sometimes I can't hold the urine, it runs off by itself. I have pain in my pelvic floor, penis, testicles and bladder. I have pain pangs in the lower abdomen. I don't understand how it is possible. The things I did in the last two months are: I started to slowly reduce the benzodiazepine (clonazepam) I went from 1mg a day to 0.1mg reducing by 1mg a week (I did it because I had serious problems with the memory, but unfortunately the problem has remained, I believe it is a permanent damage). I took 700mg of NAC every day. I tried to cycle the tribulus terrestris 700mg a day for a week, then a week off, then a week at 700mg a day, then another week of stop and at the third week I stopped in the middle because it didn't work. I don't know what it was, but the problem is serious and I can't explain it. Currently I have eliminated any supplement. @Mesolimbo, in your opinion, why my body is going crazy this way?

Today i took my last blood work (July 24th 2019) and this is the results:

Total T: 593.... range 249-836
Free T 45.... range 40-200
Prolactin 10,73.... range 4,04-15,2

So far, my elevate prolactin seems fixed after Cabergoline.
Testosterone is just a bit more, but free T is still on low range.
I had a good window of a week on April with emotion, libido and erection on 50-60%, with Cialis, I could have sex every night.
A small window on June of 30-40%, then i crashed hard. Now I'm going worsening over my baseline. Maybe becouse I used to stay under sun light for more time. My skin is tanned.
I'm really thinking about taking low dose of my poison (Paroxetine aka Paxil), maybe 1mg or 2mg every 48 hours, then increase if I see improvements.
I'm wait for some opinion.

My regular T is in the middle of the range, but my free T is low as well. Wonder what the hell is causing this, overproduction of SBHG?
Fluoxetine Jan. '16 - Aug. 16'.
Low libido, weak erections, lack of morning wood.

What has helped, if only temporarily: Inositol, choline, NAC/Histidine, MSM, Moclobemide, SJW, L-Arginine, Prazosin, Sildenafil, Naltrexone and boron

How are you doing, dude? Sounded like your condition was getting pretty bad. Any positive effects on memory since tapering off the benzo?

I'm at about 1.5 mg clonazepam/day equivalent, and I'm having some light memory issues myself.

Things have only gotten worse. Even without Clonazepam, I have very strong memory and disorientation problems. I believe I have an early form of dementia. On a sexual level, I totally got worse: ED became total impotence, my penis shrunk - especially the gland - my testicles are small and always hurt me a lot. Cialis is no longer effective. My sperm has become watery and odorless. I continue to be intolerant to exercise and sunlight. Even just two push-ups, they knock me out for three days. I suffer so much, that sexual dysfunction has gone into the background.
